Life Nights present the Catholic faith in a non-classroom format, making the faith relevant for teens today. The flow of a Life Night follows the flow of the Mass – Gather, Proclaim, Break, and Send.

Parents, we know you are busy. We also know that your teens faith formation is important to you.  That's what's so great about Life Teen, you can help with as much time or as little time as you have.  Check out the parent page for more details.
